Parlour Ice Cream House

Really delicious homemade ice cream. The atmosphere is awesome, and the staff is really, really friendly. They have gluten-free and non-dairy options available, and all the flavors are really, really good. They make all their own cones here as well as ice cream.

Love this little place. Staff are incredibly friendly and fast. Ice cream is delicious and they have enough options to please anyone. When you walk in the place smells amazing due to them making their own waffle cones. Prices are extremely reasonable and you get a large amount of ice cream.

Hours on Google were not up to date with their seasonal changes. Planned a date night around ending the evening at the parlor for dessert. I checked their Google listing for hours which said they closed at 10:30pm. We walked 8 blocks from our restaurant to find them closed at 9:30pm with a typed out page on the door saying their hours are different due to the fall transition. Google listings being accurate are crucial. It would take 10 minutes to change the hours on their Google My Business compared to the time it took to type out and post their new hours on the door. Since it wasn't updated, I can't trust when they are open now going forward and can't plan them into my downtown plans. I recommend calling ahead before heading over.

Living downtown and it is starting to feel like Summer, we stopped by to get some ice cream. Not a lot of variety but the choices all looked fantastic. We can’t wait to stop by more times this Summer and try more ice cream options.

The ice cream was pretty good. Not the best I've had, but solid. Prices are reasonable. One thing that bothered me was that they don't have the ice cream flavors written/posted on a big board like most ice cream places do. You don't know what the flavors are until you get up to the people scooping. I think this makes the line move slower than it needs to which inconveniences the customers and probably slows sales for the business!
